Pulsa is a small, deliberate place for real people. These guidelines say what that means in practice. They are part of the Terms of Service.

1. The spirit

  • Be a person. Post in your own words and with photos you took in the app. No bots, no AI-written posts passed off as yours, no pretending to be someone else.
  • Be decent. Disagree without attacking people. Assume the human on the other side is real, because here they are.

2. What is not allowed

  • Harassment and bullying: targeting, threatening, shaming or repeatedly contacting someone who doesn't want it.
  • Hate: attacks on people for race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or serious illness.
  • Sexual content: nudity and sexually explicit material. Anything sexual involving minors is banned outright and reported to the authorities.
  • Violence and illegal activity: threats, graphic violence, promoting self-harm, dangerous organisations, selling illegal goods or services, or anything that breaks the law.
  • Impersonation: pretending to be another person, or to represent a brand or organisation you don't.
  • Spam and manipulation: repetitive or unsolicited promotion, scams, fake engagement, automated posting.
  • Other people's privacy: sharing someone's private information, or photos of them, without their consent.

3. Reporting and blocking

Every post and every profile has a Report option in its "…" menu: pick a reason and, optionally, add detail. You can also block any account from its profile. Blocking removes any follow between you and makes you invisible to each other. You can review and undo blocks from Profile → Blocked accounts. Reporting is confidential: the person you report is not told who reported them.

4. How we review

Every report is read by a person. Content reported as violent or illegal is hidden right away while it is reviewed. Everything else is aimed to be reviewed within 24 hours. There is no automated scoring of your posts.

5. Consequences

Depending on how serious it is, we may remove the content, warn you, suspend the account or ban it permanently. Serious cases, including anything involving child safety, may be referred to the authorities. If you think a decision was a mistake, write to us.
